• Your email address — provided at checkout so we can send your report
• The property address and asking price you enter
• Payment information — processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, pages visited, collected automatically via cookies and analytics

3. Why we collect it

We use your data to:

• Generate and deliver your property report
• Send you the report link by email
• Process your payment securely via Stripe
• Improve the service and diagnose technical issues
• Measure advertising performance via Google Ads (with your consent)

Our lawful basis is contract performance (delivering the report you paid for) and, where applicable, your consent (analytics and advertising cookies).

4. Cookies

We use cookies for:

• Essential operation of the site
• Google Ads conversion tracking (with your consent)

We share data only with the third-party services needed to run Proptel:

We do not sell your data to any third party.

6. How long we keep your data

We retain your email address and report data for 12 months from purchase, after which it is deleted. You can request earlier deletion at any time.

7. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict processing
• Lodge a complaint with the ICO (ico.org.uk)

8. Data security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe and never touches our servers. Report data is stored in a secured database with access controls.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of Proptel after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
